The character of the wine is most strongly influenced by bright, flavorful Pinot Noir grown in Carneros, Anderson Valley, and the Sonoma and Marin coastal areas. Ripe cherry and strawberry jumps out of the glass, accentuated by fresh orange rind and a touch of candied ginger. The palate is rich and viscous on entry with a mouthwatering mix of wild berry and a hint of sweet key lime. The 2008 Brut RosÚ is completed with a long and quenching acidity.
