cherry and allspice, yet all the while maintaining a skilled tight rope balance. Suacci Carciere 2007 Chardonnay

This Chardonnay has exotic flavors of lemon, apple and mineral. 2007’s cool September allowed the fruit to hang a long time to develop more complex layers. The resulting product has a richer mouthfeel yet still is low in alcohol, and balanced by crisp, firm acidity.

The 2007 August West Pinot is rich and intensely full-bodied, its flavors of red cherry and rose meld with the smoke and hazelnut scents of oak, while the lasting impression is tight and spicy. Classic Russian River nose and earthiness abound providing good acidity that will allow this Pinot to evolve for years to come.

Starry Night, Tom Feeney Ranch Zinfandel, 2006
750ml Bottle
This Old Vine Zinfandel comes from four vineyards on Tom Feeney Ranch. The Montafi Vineyard was planted in the early part of the last century, Piner Vineyard was planted in the mid -1940s, Barbieri Vineyard in 1928 and Papera Vineyard in 1934. These vines are dry farmed and produce a very limited crop. This results in deep and complex fruit and spice flavors including raspberry, cherry and cassis, with hints of anise and white pepper.

The same base wine as Classic Vintage Brut, but with a richer dosage, which makes it more opulent, slightly sweeter and heightens the fruit. Originally designed for the historic Reagan-Gorbachev Summit Meetings ending the Cold War. According to USA Today, "an intertwining of the arts of diplomacy and gastronomy".
